These drawings are a series of evidence; they are the residue of living. The imagery is derived from small stains and remnants.The cast-off elements are scaled up making them monumental in comparison to their original form as if making something larger can make it more important. In a way the drawings are a record that something happened, although not what we would usually present to the world. The remnants are not meant to endure, much less exist, but they leave an impression.
